How to Download
Having trouble downloading your purchase?
Unfortunately, due to vast differences in technologies between customers, I am unable to provide technical help. Also, please note that most mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads, will not allow you to download a file using a link.
What is the file type?
All files are available in either PDF format or an InDesign file extension of .indd.
Most computers already have Adobe Reader installed on them. However, if your computer does not have a PDF reader, you'll need to download Adobe Reader. Don't worry, it's free and you can download it here!
Adobe Creative Cloud
If you do not currently subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud to utilize Adobe's InDesign software, you may find additional information and pricing here.
Depending on the size of file, some products may be sent using a compressed ZIP file. You can easily identify this compressed file by its extension .zip. Below are common instructions on how to unzip your new files.
You will save the ZIP file to your computer by right-clicking on the file, select "Extract All". This will create a new file on your computer in which you can find all of your documents. To then add the files onto a mobile device, you will need to upload the file to Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or something similar. Then open that application on your mobile device to find the file.
You will double click the zipped file. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in. Access the extracted file by clicking the appropriate icons. To then add the files onto a mobile device, you will need to upload the file to Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or something similar. Then open that application on your mobile device to find the file. How to unzip files on mac computers
When using a mobile device, you will need to an unzip app downloaded onto your mobile device before you will be able to open your new file. Once you have confirmed or downloaded an unzip app, download the ZIP file directly to your mobile device. Now use this app to unzip your file.
If you are unable to find the file once downloaded, try looking in your Downloads file under My Computer or use the search feature to locate the file on your computer.
